This commission is payable upon completion of the transaction and covers brokerage, advisory, buyer/seller screening, and introduction services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the service charge is settled upon deal closing. Standard valuation packages and listing submission remain free of charge — the 10% applies only to successfully closed transactions.
